Tunnel AC for Cooling
Introduction
The air conditioning system developed by our company uses a combination of external circulation cooling water cooling of the shield machine and pressurization of the cooling air to cool the interval tunnel working area. On the basis of traditional external circulation cooling and tunnel ventilation, an air conditioning system is installed on the shield machine to cool the tunnel ventilation airflow before entering the secondary fan system, so that the cooling air is transported from the exit of the secondary ventilation system to the construction site ( Tube assembly area). The temperature of the secondary fan air outlet can reach as low as 20 °C (this is the temperature that can be lowered when the temperature is high in the summer in Guangzhou, and the effect is better when the external temperature is lower), which is 10-12 °C lower than the maximum temperature at normal temperature, and the ventilation is up to 90000m³/h, enough to effectively cool the working area, and make the ambient temperature suitable for construction work.

Electric control system
It adopts SIEMENS integrated control, the reaction is sensitive and precise, and the operating state and real-time air temperature can be set according to seasonal demand. The unit has multiple functions such as automatic loading and unloading, time switching machine and recording the cause and time of failure, which can realize remote or central monitor.
Air cooling plant
The air cooling device of this series of tunnel air conditioning units is designed and selected according to the air supply requirements of the secondary fan of the shield machine and the actual installation space of the shield machine. DN400/DN600/DN800/DN1000 product series with different air duct diameters can be customized, which is suitable for the air conditioning cooling requirements of various small shield machine and large shield machine.
