The scope of application

Construction technology
1)Base preparation
The substrate must be firm, flat, clean, free of dust, greasy, wax, release agent, etc. and other debris;
‚ All small pores and sand holes can be mixed with K11 powder and a little water to form a wet mass, and then smoothed;
ƒ Before applying the slurry, fully moisten the substrate in advance, but there should be no stagnant water.
2) Pour the powder into a container with additives, stir mechanically for 3 minutes until there is no precipitated colloid, and then let it stand for 3-5 minutes, then stir it for use. Intermittent stirring should be maintained during use to prevent precipitation. Use a stiff brush, roller or spray machine to evenly brush or spray the mixed slurry on the wet substrate; layer construction, the second layer should be applied perpendicular to the first layer; the thickness of each layer must not be more than 1mm.
Matters needing attention
1) This product is suitable for use in an environment of 5ºC~35ºC, and must be protected from rain, hot sunlight and frost during the construction process.
2) The slurry after opening and adjustment should be used up within 1 hour. Do not mix the dried glue with water before using it.
3) After the waterproof layer is completely dried, other covering layers can be used.
Reference dosage
When the thickness of the waterproof membrane is 1.0mm, the theoretical dosage is about 1.5-2.0kg/m2. The actual amount depends on the specific base surface conditions.
