How to prevent paper from breaking during the impregnation and drying process?
1: Before using the paper roll, be sure to check whether there is any damage on the edge of the paper roll. If the edge of the paper roll is damaged, it is likely to break during the impregnation process.
2: Regularly check whether there is glue on the edge of the back coating roller in the impregnation tank. Even a small amount of glue will stick to the edge of the paper roll, causing the paper to break during operation.
