Motorcycle tyre tread cooling cutting production line:
Application: This machine is mainly used for cooling and collecting tyre tread or sidewall of bias tyre and radial tire after extruding.
Structure Features: This machine is mainly composed of take-up, contraction, constinuous weighting, marking, calendaring and sticking base system, cooling, speed set point setting, cutting, accelerated separation, water blow-off, inspection, spreading and spraying rubber cement, pick-up device etc., and designed according to the domestic and foreign advanced technologies, with speed regulation by AC frequency conversion, PLC control, entire line synchronization, no stretching for products.
