Tyre Tread Spray and Immersion Cooling Line Machine

  This Machine is used for tire tread  via extrusion method or calendar method. The line uses spray and immersion cooling methods so as to ensure adequate cooling , fully meet the motorcycle tire tread production process, improve production efficiency and reduce labor intensity. This cooling device consists fo the following components:1,Take-off device: conveyory belt , slope and so on; 2, Cooling device: three layer cooling tank; 3, Length cut device: rodless cylinder and disc cutter.
