1.The Hammer Strength series is different from the traditional pin loaded weight stack machines, using weight plate to adjust the weight, meeting the requirements of professional fitness enthusiasts on strength training better;
2.The Iso-Lateral design can exercise with one arm and one leg, or both sides at the same time;
3.The Hammer Strength is extremely durable and can withstand rigorous workout intensity. Truly maintenance-free equipment, which is economical in the long run;
4. The handle, shaft joint and pull pin are all made of oxidized aluminum alloy - rust and corrosion resistant;
