Answer: Of course. We tailor our products according to the actual needs of our customers.
Question: Are the toolings produced in your factory developed internally? Because we have our own brand and we need to protect it.
Answer: All our toolings and fixtures used in production are designed and manufactured in-house. We have already taken into account the concerns you mentioned. We respect intellectual property rights and will sign a confidentiality agreement with customers.
Question: How long is your production delivery time?
Answer: The standard delivery time is usually 4 weeks from the factory. For special requirements, we can assist in meeting urgent delivery times.
Question: How do you ensure the quality of your products?
Answer: For USB Cable products, we undergo at least 32 reliability tests before delivering to customers. This includes electrical performance, mechanical performance, and environmental testing.
