UV Curing Machine/UV Dryer (JB-800UV/1050UV)

JB-800UV/1050UV are designed for using with the full automatic stop cylinder screen press, they also can be used with offset machine for UV drying. They are widely used in the field of screen printing, printing and dyeing, plating and electron circuitry board and so on for drying, dehumidifying and UV solidifying etc.

1. Three groups of UV lamps are controlled independently. There are two choice for the UV intensity separately are half and full power, which can prolong the life of the lamp and save energy. It also shows the irradiance intensity and the using life timely.

2. Each lamp independently has its exhaust system (one group), run automatically, save energy and effectively control the inside temperature.

3. The inside temperature is inspected multipointly, if the temperature is abnormal the machine will stop automatically, as well as the cover will lift automatically.

4. It has conveyer belt rectify a deviation system, with adsorption, use imported TEFION belt.

5. The conveying speed is adjusted frequency conversion, the max is up to 60m/minute.

6. Whole machine is controlled by PLC.
