Specifications:

1, Curtain
Made of polycarbonate slat+aluminum tube.
Detials of polycarbonate slat: high transparency unbreakable polycarbonate material, with 100 mm width in 2 mm thickness, 100 meters/ roll
Details of aluminum joining slat:  extruded, in power coating surface finishing, 1.2 mm thickness.

2, Aluminum Bottom Rail
Made of extruded aluminum,106*20mm, height*depth, 1.4 thickness, standard color is silver( anodized finishing).

3, Aluminum Guide Rail
    Made of heavy duty extruded aluminum "U"guide rail, 70*30*2.0 mm  or 95*39*2.5 mm,                               Width*Depth*thickness ,With brush strip to make the rolling shutter run more quietly.

4, Switch Button
    Switch button for operating rolling shutter, with stainless steel cover box.

5, Endless Chain
    The rolling shutter could be opened by endless chain if power off.

6, Motor:
    Option 1: HOFUL brand side motor, CE certificate, 400KG, 600KG,800KG,1000KG,1300KG, 1500KG, 2000KG  are available, 
    Rated voltage / Frequency could be 220V/50Hz, 380V/50Hz, 110V/60Hz.

    Option 2: DOOYA tubular motor, CE certificate, 60N, 80N, 120N, 140N, 230N, 300N,

7, Shutter Box (hood)
    Made of galvanized steel or aluminum, it's optional.

8, Shaft (barrel)
   Made of galvanized steel, 3 inches, 5 inches, 6 inches, 8 inches, 10 inches, it depends on the size of the rolling         shutter.

9,  Bearing
     It's retractable, fixed by welding according to the width of the rolling shutter.

10, End Plate
      Made of heavy duty steel, fixed on both sides of the shaft.

11, Connecting Slat
      Made of galvanized steel slat, connected with the top beam slat and shaft.

12, Top Beam Slat
      Made of aluminum, used for connecting the curtain and the connecting slat.

13, End Clip
      Made of plastic, fixed on both sides of the stainless steel tube, to protect the curtain from lateral moving.
