Product composition
This release film is made of optical-grade PET (polyester film) as the base material and coated with silicone oil on one side for anti-static treatment on the back, with a surface resistivity of 10 ^ 6~10 ^ 10 Ω. m.

Scope of application
Special release film for OCA optical rubber mold switching film (suitable for Mitsubishi OCA, 3M28 series OCA, domestic OCA and other mold switching film processes)
In order to avoid the undesirable phenomena such as creases, white spots, dents, bubbles, wrinkles, dirt, etc. caused by the extrusion of OCA optical adhesive material (whether it is the master roll material or the specification material) during the high-speed die-cutting process, most high-end die-cutting plants will adopt the film change process to avoid these problems, and replace the original heavy release film produced by the OCA optical adhesive coating with the ultra-light release film. Our R502TE (50um transparent PET antistatic ultra-light release film 3~6g/in) is dedicated to the OCA optical adhesive film exchange process.

instructions
1. Static electricity may be generated during unwinding or rewinding during use. The electrostatic layer will damage the release layer and lead to poor peeling. If necessary, anti-static treatment can be carried out on the back or static elimination equipment can be used to eliminate static electricity.
2. In order to obtain the best use effect, it is recommended to use this product within 6 months from the purchase date;
3. It must be retested before use after expiration;
4. Recommended storage conditions: avoid direct sunlight, store under the indoor ambient temperature of 25 ºC ± 2 ºC and humidity of 60% ± 10%.
