The Ultra Shot® 180 Series Cryogenic deflashing/deburring machine is an exceptional deflashing & deburring solution for products made of rubber, silicone, peek, plastic, die-casting & injection moulded, magnesium, zinc, aluminium alloy.

Taking the shock absorbing sleeve as example, one set of Ultra Shot 180 Series Cryogenic Deflashing/Deburring Machine is able to process about 3000 pieces of products per hour, while manual processing can process about 45 pieces per hour.
