Q: About MOQ.
A: We offer as low as 1 piece for our available stock with our own logo if you need the product as a sample or a trial. Normally we accept 500-1000pcs for customized brand. If you accept neutral product and neutral packaging, we accept much smaller MOQ, upto 100pcs. Contact us to discuss more as we are very flexible and practical in the solutions for your requirements.
Q: How do you manage quality control?
A: BIMIX has reliable and strict quality control system,100% aging testing before packaging.We also welcome client appointed third party inspection. We care our products quality as the lifeblood of our brand, and we spare no efforts for quality control in the full production process, from the raw materials to the ultimate product.
Q: About payment.
A: BIMIX recommends Trade Assurance. Also we accept T/T, Western Union, Cash and other options. D/P,D/A and L/C are equally acceptable.
Q: About shipment.
A: Usually by DHL, UPS, FEDEX,TNT, etc. For bulk shipment, we also ship by air or by sea, etc, depending on your demand. EXW, DDU, DDP, FOB, CIF, DAP...All terms are available. We are eager to save your logistics cost as that's part of our joint success.
Q: About lead time.
A: We can manufacture the deliverable products within 30-45 days from taking your confirmed design files. Lead time can be even less for neutral products with neutral packaging when you want to start with a small trial order.
