1.Overview
The LUT-100 ultrasonic liquid level sensor is an ultrasonic pulse emitted by a sensor (transducer). The sound wave is reflected by the liquid surface and received by the same sensor or ultrasonic receiver. The piezo electric crystal is converted into an electrical signal, and the sound wave is emitted according to the propagation time of the sound wave. The distance from the surface of the object is proportional, and the distance between the sensor and the surface of the liquid being measured is calculated from the time between the emission and reception of the sound wave. It adopts imported industrial grade single-chip microcomputer, digital temperature compensation and ultra-wide voltage input voltage regulator and other special integrated circuits. It has strong anti-interference ability, can set the upper and lower limit nodes and online output adjustment arbitrarily, and has on-site display. It can select analog quantity, switch quantity and RS485 output interface. It is made of engineering plastic waterproof and oil-resistant casing. The casing is compact and quite sturdy. It can meet most of the liquid level measurement requirements without touching the industrial medium, and solves the shortcomings such as leakage, medium corrosion and inconvenient maintenance in the traditional measurement methods.
