UN-25 butt welding machines have been specifically designed for the effective joining of steel, aluminium and copper wires. Their strengths lie in the realisation of precise, repeatedly accurate and draw-resistant butt welds. The compact and robust design of the machine with its intuitive operation is aimed at industrial use in wire-drawing mills, cable factories and in wire processing.
Secondary conductive insulation solution can avoid the short circuit accident of the insulation part when theiron scrap adheres to or install the parts.
The upper electrodes and lower electrodes adopt the pressurization method with auxiliary stroke to improve the operability and versatility during welding.
The speed of the pressurizing electrode can be adjusted, which slows down the impact for the obiect to bewelded when pressurizing.lt can reduce noise during welding.
The transformer is designed with low impedance, and high-quality conductive materials are used on the secondary circuit to reduce internal consumption. A bigger welding current can be got after a small input.it makes the welding processing accurately,conveniently and smoothly
