The underground storage tank is available in single or double wall and incorporates a pre-engineered corrosion monitoring system. We manufacture to your requirements and can purpose build a storage vessel to suit your needs,also offering increased burial depth or over standard head pressure allowances.The underground storage tank design features two steel walls and an interstitial leak detection well. The inner steel underground storage tank provides structural strength, while the exterior tank made of fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) prevents corrosion. A unique standoff mesh and mylar layer separates the steel and fiberglass tanks creating a uniform interstitial space with monitor to ensure rapid and accurate leak detection.

1. Safety
1.1 Outer FRP shell, it's fiberglass reinforced layer, thickness≥4mm, has excellent shock resistance, corrosion resistance, electrical erosion resistance etc properties.
1.2 We adopt patented processing method to produce the 0.1mm gap between two layers, which is the leakage inspection layer, connect with high-level leakage inspection device, monitor 24 hours from time to time, it can eliminate the risk of leakage.
2.1 Outer FRP shell ensures the leaked solutions not directly contaminated soil and water.
2.2 Outer FRP shell won't corroded by electrolysis with underground water, salt water.
2.3 Outer FRP shell won't corroded by gasoline, diesel, lead petrol etc.
2.4 Easy to install leakage inspection device, just insert the probe into the inspection tube and connect with external monitor device to achieve 24hours monitoring.
2.5 Easy inspection and maintenance with leakage inspection device, protect soil and water environmentally.

3.1 It's service life is 50+ years, and 3-5 times of common steel tank, easily installation can shorten the construction period and save cost.

3.3 The maintenance of dual-layer oil storage tank is 1/10 of common steel tank, can save maintenance cost largely.
