Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in cartons by pallets. If you have legally registered patent,
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A:T/T 30% as deposit, and rest payment before shipping .but for old customer can be 70% against to BL copy .
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF. LC
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 45 days after receiving your deposit. The delivery time depends
on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q5. What's the MOQ?
A: 100~ 1000 square meter, as your demand.
Q6. What is your sample policy ?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, which is free for you but the customers have to pay the courier cost. If customized sample , you need to pay sample cost and courier cost .
Q7. What's your quality inspection system ?
A: Inspection at every process ; Veneer selecting , Drying kiln , glue & pressing , digging & repair , Homag line , UV line .
