Product Characteristics
EL4052- 106TV is a phthalic type of unsaturated polyester resin, is thixotropic and pre-accelerated resin with low viscosity and high reactivity.
EL4052- 106TV resin has good mechanical properties, and no wax in the resin.
Major applications/Principal properties
EL4052- 106TV resin has good wettability of glass fiber, widely used in hand paste, spray and other processes. This resin has good water resistance and small shrinkage, and is widely used in shipbuilding.

Packaging, storage and handling conditions
The curing agent can be used with MEKP, and the dosage is 1.0~2.5%. The curing agent should be guaranteed in the period of validity.
EL4052- 106TV resin is a pre thixotropic resin. It is possible for thixotropic agent to deposition in long-term storage. It is properly dispersed before use.
In order to gain the optimum surface quality, a higher temperature such as 50-80°C cure system is strongly recommended
EL4052- 106TV should be stored in the original closed packages at a temperature not exceeding 30°C out of direct sunlight, and away from heat sources. Under these conditions, the product has a stability of 3 months from dispatch date.
It is FLAMMABLE. It should be kept away from naked flames. Please refer to the safety on data sheet.
