Upward Acting Bifold Glass Doors Hydraulic Bi-Folding System Electric Vertical Lift Bi-Fold Door
Upward Acting Bifold Doors and Upward Acting Glass Doors look fantastic, have an extremely long life, and are the solution to many
interior / exterior entrance and open wall architectural challenges.
The Hydraulic Bi-Folding System opens vertically, allowing smooth, quiet access between environments with just the press of a button.
The Vertical Bifold Doors can be customized to conform to match any decor. Many finish options including Powder Coat, Clear
Anodized, Metallic and Textured Color Treatments and Customizable Color Formulations combined with Custom Cladding will allow
seamless integration into the existing decor.
Vertical bi-folding system constructed from all aluminum and stainless steel. The reduced interior projection allows customers the
versatility to accommodate design needs. Vertical Bi-fold Door is suitable for commercial, retail, and residential applications.
Systems are constructed from rectangular hollow aluminum sections and designed for minimum deflection in the open and closed
position. The standard design is based on 30 PSF wind load.
OPERATION
The Bi-Fold System shall be extended/retracted in the opening using a constant-contact push-button or key switch, operating hydraulic
cylinders mounted to the door/window frame.
Motor/Power Unit
The motor/power unit may be located anywhere within the building - Close proximity to the hydraulic door or window is not necessary.
Controls
Choose from a standard up/down, 2-button, or key control for system operation. A weather-resistant control is also available. All controls
are constant contact.
Safety
Infrared photo eyes or a lead-edge sensor are available, to either stop, or stop and reverse the motion of the door or window. Optional
warning horn and strobe light indicate system operation.
Remote Operation
Remote Transmitters offer ease of entry upon approach. Transmitters are constant contact. For safety reasons, we require either photo
eyes or a lead-edge sensor with remote transmitters.
Cladding
We offer our glass retainer system (glass stops) and a variety of dual or single pane glazing options. All factory-supplied glass is
laminated for safety. Customers may also elect to provide a virtually unlimited number of inserts such as polycarbonate, steel or wood,
to name just a few.
Finish
Beyond our standard RAL powder coat finish catalogue, our products may be shipped with a custom-color designed specifically for
your project, or manufactured from stainless steel, available for corrosive environments (seaside or pool house installations). Stainless
systems may be powder-coated as well.
MATERIALS
1. Construct panel/frame sections with structural steel tube framing to comply with applied wind code.
Optional: 304 stainless steel tube framing for highly corrosive environments.
2. Panel frames shall be factory-welded at all joints and connections with smooth welds.
3. Panel frames shall be primed with gray zinc, powder-based, epoxy primer to provide corrosion resistance, and be prepared for field
finishing, if required.

Our factory is equipped with state of the art hydraulic press brake bending machines, automatic cutting machines for cutting aluminium and MDF boards and complete equipment like drilling, milling, bearing and lamination press machines, processing and manufacturing any type of doors and movable walls as per customer choice.

A: Standard products within 10-15 days after received 50% deposit. Customized products depend on agreement.

A: Free samples can only be provided if the order is large enough. A small quantity can only be a trial order.
