Product Description
This machine is single shaft shredder machine .
some plastic material is hard crushing for crusher machine ,we can used this machine to it.
it can shredder plastic pipe,plastic lump,plastic barrel,plastic drum etc.
Working principle
Material was feeding on the machine top by rubber conveyor belt,the shaft will Constant speed with 83 RPM.It have a set cart which was link hydraulic system by screw.the cart will push material to rotor shaft shredding by hydraulic system. screen diameter was 60mm,when the size less than 60mm,it will drain out.
Shredder machine advantage:
1. Use Siemens PLC control system to control running and overload protection and auto reverse
2. Use Big hopper to suit for many type material, Precisely processed combined frame made of extra-thick plates,
3. Use Unique hydraulic pushing system .
4. Each Move blades has four cutting edges, Blade made SKD-II or D-2
5. Use name brand reduction box and Quiet operation with low speed
6. Use NSk bearing for shredder machine(original imported, made in japan)
7. Screen mesh size is adjustable according to customers' requirement .
8. The shredders can be adjusted according to customer specific requirement
