1. What is your payment method?
After confirming the order, a 30% T/T prepayment will be made. We will show you the finished product and packaged pictures, and then provide you with the shipping number. You will need to pay 70% of the remaining balance
2. How long is your estimated delivery time?
Basically, it can be shipped within 7 days. If there is a shortage, it will be shipped within approximately 30 days. If there is a shortage, we will communicate with you in advance
3. Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
We can provide sample, but we don't take charge of the cost of sample and the freight cost
4. What kind of packaging do you use for shipping?
Use cardboard boxes for packaging
5. Can your product quality be guaranteed?
The product undergoes 100% factory testing and has no quality issues when sold domestically (in China)
6. Does the product have a warranty? How long is the warranty? What should I do if there is a problem?
