Place the steel belt buckle on the steel belt used for bundling, wrap the steel belt around the object and then insert it into the steel belt buckle to form the upper and lower steel belts. Finally, bend the head of the lower steel belt about 50mm beyond the steel belt buckle to achieve the initial fixing effect of the steel belt buckle
2. Confirm air pressure Connect the packaging machine to the air pump and use the default factory settings for packaging. If the packaging effect is not ideal, adjust the air pressure value reasonably based on the actual packaging effect. (Working pressure is 0.49-0.63MPa) Note: The valve core can be fine tuned to adjust the pressure value.
3. Tighten the packaging strap
Grasp the machine handle with your right hand, spread the distance between the tensioning wheel and the tensioning tooth plate to the upper limit, clip the threaded steel belt into the conveyor belt of the packaging machine, and push the packaging machine forward to align the steel belt buckle with the locking buckle.
4. Tighten the locking buckle Press the tension switch, and the packaging machine will enter automatic tension work. When the tension reaches the ideal state, release the tension switch, press the locking switch, and the packaging machine will enter automatic locking belt cutting work.
5. Complete removal
After the riveting is completed, hold the machine lifting handle with your right hand to open the distance between the tensioning wheel and the tensioning tooth plate to the upper limit, and take out the packaging machine from the right side.
