Product Description
Composite autoclave (also called industrial autoclave for composite material) is the pressure vessel specially designed and manufactured to fabricate composite material, it is one of our hot sale industrial autoclave products. Composite material (also called a composition material or composite) is made from two or more constituent materials with significantly different physical or chemical properties that produce a material with characteristics different from the individual components when combined. Industrial composite autoclave is one of the effective and most applicable techniques for composite production. In the composite manufacturing process, the assembly of a two-sided mold set that forms both surface of the panel is placed into the industrial autoclave which provides both required elevated pressure and elevated temperature.
Product Composition:
Industrial High Pressure Composite Autoclave Carbon Fiber for Lab is composed of ten system parts, including tank, door sealing device, heating system, pressure system, cooling system, vacuum system, air source system, safety system, automatic control system, and auxiliary supporting system composition.

Application
The Industrial High Pressure Composite Autoclave mainly used to the composite materials by high temperature and high pressure, such as products, space vehicle. It also can be applied to strengthen the carbon fiber, glass fiber etc.

Advantages of composite autoclave:
1. Adopt Siemens automatic control system, save energy and manpower
2. Uniform heat distribution in the tank, constant pressure.
3. Suitable for curing of various kinds of composite materials.
4. Perfect pressure control, forming effect is good.
5. The hot pressure tank adopts PLC automatic control system, with accuracy up to ±1-2ºC.
6. Thermal insulation tank with aluminum silicate wool, head with double layer insulation, plus stainless steel lining insulation effect is good.
7. With a quick opening type pressure vessel double safety interlock device. Synchronous alarm, pressure boost after closing, pressure relief after opening
FAQ What is autoclave composite process?
Composite materials are manufactured by stacking different layers of carbon or glass fiber in a particular order, also known as the "stacking sequence." The layers are joined by embedding them into a polymer matrix, which is merged into a CRFP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer) or a GFRP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer) laminate. Once the layers are combined, the composite is cured in an autoclave under a specified level of pressure and temperature to achieve the desired final properties.
Benefits of using autoclave curing composites
Using ETSA's composite curing autoclaves for R&D and quality assurance allows our customers to optimize the use of their in-house autoclaves for manufacturing purposes. To create the most optimal composite products, autoclave curing is essential during R&D and manufacturing processes.
