2.Our Vacuum Vulcanizing Press Machines is installed with integrated hydraulic circuit providing various piping functions on the circuit boards, reducing piping to a minimum. The oil cooler ensures long service life of the circuit valves.
3.Hydraulic pressure & speed control system adopt optimized and advanced proportional pressure valve and proportional flux valve with loop circuit feedback control from PLC,realizing reliable and smooth "high speed-low speed "clamping operation.
4.The main components of the Geekung Vacuum Vulcanizing Press machine like top base,middle base and cylinder body all are made of premium ductile cast iron,ensuring the durable high stability of the machine even after many years service,won't have the problem of deformation.
5.Parallelism of hot plates is controlled with the tolerance of 0.03mm per 300mm.
6.The temperature tolerance of each point on the upper and lower plates is within ±2ºC. Auto PID temperature calibration.
7.Preheating function is available to set on the HMI (touch screen).
8.Replacement time of lubricating oil can be set up from touch screen and auto alarm.
9.Time-counting for machine working time.Safety interlock for movement, fool-proof design. Automatic abnormal alarm function.
