Falling Film Evaporator is widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, biological engineering, environmental protection engineering, waste liquid recovery and other industries. If it is applied in food, it can continuously evaporate and concentrate the thermosensitive materials such as glucose, fructose, fresh milk, tomato juice, soybean milk, xylitol, sorbitol, VC, starch sugar, Chinese medicine extract and so on, so as to improve the product concentration. In the aspect of wastewater treatment, industrial wastewater can be evaporated to achieve the purpose of wastewater recovery or discharge.
1. For food evaporation and concentration, the equipment can have sterilization function at the same time. The material is preheated first, and then enters the sterilizer, reaching above 94 degrees, and maintained for about 24 seconds, that is to say, it enters the first effect body, the material flash quickly, and the temperature drops instantly.
2. The equipment is equipped with CIP cleaning head to realize on-site cleaning. The whole set of equipment is easy to operate without dead angle. 3. Continuous feeding and discharging of equipment to realize continuous operation.
4. The equipment can be equipped with an automatic system to realize automatic control of parameters such as feed volume, heating temperature, discharge concentration, cleaning, etc., as well as protection measures for sensitive materials in case of sudden power failure.
