(1) Vacuum impregnating/Marinating tank principle:
Vacuum impregnating pot, also known as vacuum sugar pot, Marinating pot.is suitable for quick pickling of various preserves, fruits and pickles. Such as: jujube, honey jujube, hawthorn, blueberry, strawberry, apple, pear, peach and other quick sugar; Pickles and leisure food seasonings are quickly pickled to taste. According to the output, the specifications of the evacuated tank can be matched. The tank body can be equipped with heating interlayer, and the temperature automatic control system can be installed. The diameter of the tank is more than 900mm, and the pneumatic cover opening device can be matched.
