Vacuum Melting Furnace for Melting Metal of Steel, Iron Gr. Cooper, Alumium etc
Application and Characteristic:
1. Can be used for making most of metal alloy and poured into various samples
2. Melting Speed, the highest temperature can be reach 2100 degree with installing heat insulation sleeve
3. Can be programmed for temperature rise, Set the heating or cooling curve according to your process requirement, the device will automatically heating or cooling according to the process
4. Can work in various atmosphere: Air, protection and vacuum atmosphere, to realize one equipment to achieve various function, maximize your cost saving
5. With two feeding system, can be added to others elements during the melting process, very good for you to make diversification samples
6. The furnace body is all stainless structure, with water cooling, to ensure the furnace shell temperature below 35degree, to protect your safety
7. Crucible capacity: 50~1000g ( replace different coils to realize different capacity)usually, it with 2 coils according to customers requirement capacity
8. Cold condition vacuum degree: 5× 10E-3Pa
9. The equipment total power: 15 KW, voltage: 3X 380V, 50HZ
