Overview

Pneumatic Ball Valve is a ball valve with pneumatic actuator, solenoid valve, FRL, limit switch, positioner, control box, etc., to achieve local control and remote centralized control. The valve switch can be controlled in the control room, which saves human resources, time and safety to a large extent.

8. Because the pneumatic ball valve power source uses gas, the pressure is generally 0.2-0.8MPa, which is relatively safe. If the pneumatic ball valve leaks, compared to hydraulic and electric, the gas can be discharged directly, which does not pollute the environment and has high safety at the same time.

9. Compared with manual and gear operated ball valves, pneumatic ball valves can be configured with large diameters. (Manual and gear operated ball valves are generally below DN300 caliber, and pneumatic ball valves can reach DN1200 caliber.)
