Valve Guide and Valve Seat boring machine (VSB-60)


This machine is mainly used in repairing and renewing inlet and outlet valve holes on internal combustion engines on automobiles and motorcycles.  It has three major functions:
1.1 With an appropriate positioning mandrel, the forming cutter can do a repair job on a hole of the diameter within Φ 14 ~ Φ 63.5 mm on the tapered working surface on s valve retainer (The cutters needed for forming special cone angles and the special positioning mandrels, whose dimensions are not in the configuration of the equipment, can be ordered with a special order). 
1.2  The machine is able to remove and install valve seat rings of the diameters Φ 23.5 ~ Φ 76.2 mm (The cutters and installing tools need to be ordered with a special order).
1.3  The machine is able to renew or remove a valve guide, or replace it with a new one (The cutters and installing tools need to be ordered with a special order). 
This machine is suitable for renewing and repairing the inlet and outlet valve holes of the diameters within Φ 14 ~ Φ 63.5 mm on the cylinder heads of most of the engines.
