Large valve flange welding machine is for DN250-DN600 valve body of the outer cone and flange, spring and support automatic welding equipment. The equipment adopts double-axis displacement machine as the driving end, which can adjust the angle of workpiece and welding gun, and the welding gun can also adjust the angle to achieve efficient and ideal welding effect. (1) The base is used as the foundation of the equipment, welded by the profile and stress relieved annealing treatment

(3) The driving end is a two-axis positioner, the chuck adjustment angle is 0-90° to adapt to different workpiece welding angle requirements.
(4) The three-axis moving system of welding gun, horizontal module adjusts the horizontal position of the welding gun, which is suitable for different sizes of workpieces; the longitudinal module completes the position switching between welding and returning; the lifting module is suitable for adjusting the welding position of different sizes of diameters. The swing mechanism is suitable for large welding seam width and multi-layer multi-pass welding.

Warranty period of one year (since the completion of mechanical debugging at the buyer's factory). During the warranty period, if there is a problem with the equipment, we are responsible for repairing and replacing parts free of charge, but we do not provide coverage for perishable parts, lost parts, consumable parts, or human damaged parts.
