Product Description
The Permanent Magnetic Variable Frequency Eruptive Aerator
The Eruptive Aerators are state-of-the-art aquacultural facilities which have been well known for easy installation (within 3 minutes), transferable and power-saving. The unique design of flower-shaped spiral impeller associated with ring buoys distinguishes its oxygenic generation principle from traditional impeller and waterwheel aerator. Such design implements a certain area of boiling water by erupting underneath water upwards to simultaneously increase water and oxygen integration, therefore enriches the oxygen volume of pond.
Moreover, the eruption pushes water internally up through motor and controller, which cools down the working heat of both and effectively resolves the current rising caused motor burned out due to temperature rise of longtime running.
Tested by the National Fishing Machine Quality Supervision Center, its oxygen generative capacity is greater than 2.9 kg/kw.h which has been identified as the fastest aerator among similar products with the same power.
Technical Parameters
1. Energy-Saving: The aerator uses high-efficient permanent magnet synchronous motor, which is more efficient and 30%-40% power savable compared to the traditional asynchronous aerator.
2. Variable Frequency: The revolution speed of the aerator can be automatically adjusted. Moreover, within a certain range of voltage the running speed is relatively stable while the grid voltage frequency jitters.
3. Stability: Enabled self-protection of phase loss, overload and short circuit to prevent malfunction.
