We supply impact modifier VCE,Equal to ACR/CPE/MBS.

VCE resin is copolymerized by vinyl chloride monomer and various acrylates as a functional modifier. It has good compatibility with PVC featured with characteristics of modifiers with processing and impact resistant. It has synergistic effect with ACR, MBS and CPE and could significantly reduce impact resistant modifier's usage.

Application:
VCE resin can be used in hard PVC pipe, profiles and transparent products to improve overall performance of PVC products.
VCE resin can replace processing ACR and reduce the usage of impact resistant ACR, CPE and MBS etc.
VCE resin can efficiently save the cost for the downstream producers.

Package and Storage:

1. VCE resin must be stored in a ventilated and dry place without direct sunlight at room temperature.
2. The shelf life is one year from the date of shipment.

Processing Properties :
1. Processing at low temperature;
2. Wide range of application, Excellent Plasticizing Uniformity;
3. Excellent fluidity,should reduce the quantity of lubricant according to the existing formulation.
