Single Component Protective Waterproof Coating
Introduction
VCPU-2 is a Low odor,non-toxic and pollution -free products.And it can solidify by putting water directly.Excellent build properties enable application to both horizontal and vertical surfaces and can be applied to a wide range of substrates.
It accords with the technical requirements for environmental labeling products: water-based paint (HJ/T201-2005).

VCPU-2 is a white liquid of single component that adopts advanced technology and uses modern production equipment. and it can make into cured cross liking agent by putting waterdirectly ,the active gene of coating reacts to water molecule.And then become water proof film with rubbery properties. The waterproof film has good characteristics of tensile strength,elongation at break ,deformation ability
VCPU-2 is easy to construct ,it can solidify by putting water directly ,and it can be used in any humidity .It is safe and environmental ,no open fire or organic solvent .In regulation standards of environment ,surface drying time is ≤ 6h,hard drying time is 12h,which satisfiedthe requirement of construction period.
VCPU-2 has high solid content and small proportion ,the thickness of the film is about 1.2kg per mm,the dosage in unit area is small and it has good physical properties and cost-effective.
Construction Method
Base Teatment
Confect the base primer by a ratio of base primer liquid:powder:water=1;1;0.3,spred on the basic level after stirring ,the dosage of the base primer liquid is about 0.1kg/m2
Coating Construction
Confect the surface course by a ratio of VCPU-2:water=1:0.5( weight ratio),graded brushing after stirring with motor stirrer until the thickness meets the requirements.
Notice :the coating shall be used within 30min,you many consult our technical when the ambient temperature is under 5ºC

1.Packing :10kg/bucket,20kg /bucket. Base primer liquid:20kg/bag
2.Transportation: Avoid insolating ,raning ,squeezing and colliding during transportation
3.Storage: must be stored at cool and ventilated space .please upside down when stored.
