1220*3200Mm Thin Sheets V-Grooving Machine is composed of Worktable, Cross Beams, Sliding
Guide Etc. The Worktable is fixed, Driven by Servo Motor, with the help of Ball Screw, The Cross Beam Moves Forwards and Backwards along the Rolling Linear Guide to adjust the Distance between the V Channels. Moving up and Down in the Cross beam along a Linear Guide, and controlled by Variable Frequency Governor, The Sliding Guide provide the main Cutting Forces. Driven by Servo Motor, The Knife Holder moves up & down in the Sliding Guide to adjust the Cutting Depth. Pneumatic Device is used to fix the Working pieces during Operation. During Cutting, Knife will be cooled and fabricated to ensure the cutting quality and its lifetime.
