♦Brief Introduction of fruit sorting/sorter/grader/classifier
fruit sorting machine mainly process and grading fruit according to parameters such as dimensions (diameter, length and shape), thus defining sorting classes for the many varieties of fruit like potato,citrus,navel, orange,
hawthorn, green kumquat, lychee, cherry tomato, cherries, kiwi, mango, apples, pears, persimmons, onions, lemons, pomelo, jujube and other round fruits etc.
♦Fruit/vegetable sorter/sorting/grader/classifier structure
It consists of elevator,(brushes cleaning machine)and drum sorter.
The elevator consists of aluminium pipes, it will achieve evenly feeding material by auto rotating of pipes.
The cleaning machine has 20pcs brushes(as requirement) to clean the fruit(garlic&onion) shell, the brush size 118*89MM.
The sorter will grade fruit by its size, there are two drums(customized), and each drum have circular holes with same size. The drums align from small to large hole size and rotate forward synchronously. The smaller fruit passes through the round hole of drum and fall down the outlet belt conveyor, while the larger fruit go through transition belt then enter the next drum to reach the classification purpose.
The sorter main frame is made of carbon steel,its inner cover is stainless steel and outer cover is painting carbon steel.
