Product Description
The comma coater evenly applies the coating liquid to the substrate surface by adjusting the gap between the comma-shaped coating knife and the coating roller. The coating thickness is determined by the gap of the coating knife and the rotational speed of the coating roller, making it suitable for coating processes requiring high precision.
The gravure transfer coater uses a gravure roller (usually with micron-level grooves) to carry the coating liquid through the grooves and transfer it to the substrate surface. The coating thickness is determined by the groove depth of the gravure roller and its rotational speed.
