Product Description
As a kind of water level control equipment, the gate (gate valve) ,our company is one of the earliest professional manufacturers of this product. Combined with the advanced technology and process of similar products at home and abroad, our company has improved the product structure and processing process for many times. Its manufacturing and installation comply with CJ/T3006-92 standard of Ministry of Construction and AWWA.500-87 standard of American Water Industry Association. It is widely used in municipal, petrochemical, railway, metallurgy, coal, textile, electric power, light industry, food, medicine, environmental protection, sewage treatment and other system projects. The combined supporting products are generally composed of transmission device, support, screw rod, ram, door frame, wedge and other parts. It can be used to cut off, dredge or regulate the water flow level on the water treatment structures such as pipes and intersection inspection wells, silt pools, sewage channels, pump station inlets, clean water pools, etc. It can also be used in agricultural irrigation and drainage or other water conservancy facilities, and can be combined with manual and electric hoists to realize on-site operation or remote centralized control, and also can be jointly controlled with microcomputers.
Purpose:
The cast iron gate inlaid with copper is mainly used in water supply and drainage, flood prevention, irrigation, water conservancy and hydropower projects, to cut off and dredge water flow or regulate water level. This series of gate can be divided into square MZF, round MZY, AZY and rectangular MZJ. It adopts unique outer arc design, reasonable structure and uniform stress. It is made of high-quality grey cast iron or nodular cast iron and stainless steel. The sealing surface of water stop is inlaid with copper bar or rubber. After precise processing, it is matched and researched to achieve planar contact sealing, with good sealing performance. When the sealing and water stop performance declines, it can be solved by adjusting the wedge device.
