Working principle :
The pile in the flocking hopper is spurted out by electrostatic spray gun under the stirring of motor and high pressure air flow, and the pile is ionized by static electricity at the nozzle to make the pile bear negative charge. The pile is rushed to the workpiece and inserted into the coating (glue) on the surface of the workpiece driven by air flow and electric field.
Application:
YQ-2KV is one type of particular designed electrostatic flocking machine for deep corner products or more production capacity required flocking job. It's widely used in various types of workpieces (packaging box, plastic box, animal model, sand tray and automobile interior decoration), and also can be used for automobile storage boxes and workpieces with deep grooves and corners.
