5. Q: How can you control the quality for us?
A: Once you place an order with us, we will send confirmation samples for your checking before bulk production. If confirmed, our professional QC will take the sample to the factory to check materials, last, outsole, craft, and all the packing details and make sure everything is as per your requirement. What's more, it's also welcomed that your QC can go to inspect production.
6. Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is usually1200 pairs per style, but it's negotiable depending on the specific product.
7. Q: What's your lead time for mass production?
A: Generally, our lead time is 30-45 days after receiving the deposit and confirming the order details.
8. Q: What is your payment term?
A: Our payment term is 30% deposit, and 70% balance before shipment. We accept T/T,and other methods.
9. Q: Do you provide samples?
A: Yes, we can provide samples for your reference.
10. Q: Can I visit your factory?
