Vertical Electric Furnace 5g Ceramic Filter High-Temperature Box Furnace

Application: The vacuum box furnace adopts the mode of full external sealing of metal shell, double-layer design of furnace shell, sandwich water-cooling structure and low surface temperature. The heating elements inside the furnace are divided into electric heating wire and silicon molybdenum rod (MoSi2) according to different temperatures. The equipment can be pre vacuumized to 50pA, the bottom is designed with air inlet, and the waste gas is discharged from the top to realize heat treatment in vacuum environment or atmosphere environment.

1. Operating temperature 1000 ºC, 1200 ºC and 1600 ºC
2. The intelligent program temperature controller has accurate control and can edit, store and call multi-stage programs
3. The sealing mode is double-layer furnace shell water-cooled external sealing, furnace mouth silica gel sealing and low surface temperature
4. Overtemperature protection function, when the temperature exceeds the allowable setting value, the power will be cut off automatically
5. Safety protection,automatically cut off the power when the furnace body leaks electricity
6. The gas enters the furnace, is controlled by the float flowmeter, and the waste gas is placed at the top
