Description
Hanlinsky Vertical Long Shaft Pumps are newly developed products with both domestic and overseas advanced experience in design and production. They are widely used in original water works, mining, metallurgy and steel industry (delivering oxygenation iron sheet water in swirl pool), waste water factory, power station, civil project and farmland, etc.
Characteristics
1. Optimized design and excellent performance. Anti-abrasive impeller and diffuser increase the service life of pumps.
2. There is filter in pump inlet with proper hole, which prevent impurity entering pump and decease inlet loss.
3. Impeller adopts balance hole to balance axial force, and with replaceable seal ring for protection and durability.
4. Middle shaft, water column and guard pipe in pump are multi-burl, the middle shaft uses sleeve coupling technology to reduce the vibration.
5. Impeller and diffuser can be multistage for different head.
6. The pump could be equipped with monitory & control system for automatic start, alert and stop. And the big pumps are with automatic system for air discharge.

Structure
Vertical Long Shaft Pumps are installed with single foundation, their inlets are vertical downward and outlets are horizontal. The pump and the motor are directly connected. If looking from the motor to the pump, the rotation of pump rotor is counter clockwise.
