1.This machine is used to fill by adding air pressure in the barrel. It can fill mascara, eyeliner, lip gloss, hydrazine, serum, and high viscosity liquid, paste and other raw materials.
2.The machine adopts piston type filling method with small quantitative error. It is easy to change the quantitative valve and pipeline. The nozzle has a suction device, no residual material.
3.The pressurized barrel is detachable and easy to clean, and the barrel is equipped with a pressure gauge and exhaust function suitable for high viscosity materials. (No need to activate the pressurized sealing for filling material with good fluidity).
4.The injection speed and pumping speed can be adjusted, and the filling methods are foot-operated (manual) and automatic.
