2. Features
2.1. The motor and the gearbox are directly connected to increase the kinetic energy conversion rate and improve the production efficiency.
2.2. The core component-gearbox: It adopts three-stage gear reduction, the bearing capacity is increased by 5 times compared with the old model, and the service life is super long.
2.3. The gearbox has its own lubrication and cooling system, which can cool down the lubricating oil without stopping the machine to ensure long-term operation.
2.4. The new material removal system, with external rotary components, completely solves the problem that the material removal system is easily eroded by high temperature steam.
2.5. Core component - mold: made of wear-resistant stainless steel, quenched in a vacuum furnace, the mold hardness is uniform, does not break, and is super wear-resistant.
2.6. Core component - pressure roller: The pressure roller adopts the welding process of super wear-resistant alloy, which replaces the past surface carburizing treatment. Long service life and protection of the mold are achieved at the same time.
