Sample Policy:

We will provide free samples if there is sufficient stock. Some products may still require a sample fee, but this will be refunded upon placing an official order. Please note that the shipping cost for all samples must be covered by the customer.

We can customize products according to your requests and specifications. Please email us detailed information about the new product, such as design photos, size, material, and preferred quantity. If possible, kindly send us a sample directly, and we will review it for you. If we can produce it, we will provide you with a quote and the minimum order quantity (MOQ).

Packaging & Delivery:

Standard Packaging: Each necklace is placed in an OPP bag, with 10 necklaces packed into a medium waterproof OPP bag. The outer packaging consists of three-layer corrugated cardboard boxes filled with bubble wrap for protection. Dimensions: 10cm x 10cm x 10cm. For OEM orders, please contact us regarding specific packaging requirements.
