Vial filling and stoppering machine
The machine is a continuous linear multi-function filling device for handling of the aseptic injectables liquid under cleaning environment with scroll bottle conveying during filling. Machine is designed for handling of bottle sizes from 30ml to 500ml.
- Continuous linear and PLC controlled operation, 30-500ml vial sizes applicable
- Fallen vial rejected, semi-auto sampling, no vial no filling no stoppering, Pre and Post gas flushing combined with safety alarm functions
- Machine main parts sourced from well-known manufacture with long life operation
- Very high filling accuracy, Min. tolerance ≤±2%
- Escorting movement during filling, less forming benefited to freeze drying production
- Continuous and slowly stoppering design ensure no stopper jumping during stoppering , Successful rate ≥99.8%
