A:Venetian blinds are manufactured with two separate controls, one is a clear twistable wand to alternate the direction of the horizontal aluminium slats and the other one is a pull cord to raise and lower the blind. Please note if you opt for a 50mm slat we will replace the twistable wand with a colour coordinated string.
8.Q:What a re the controls on venetian blinds?
A:Wooden blinds are designed to give you two separate ways of controlling the light in your room. The tilt control is located on the left-hand side of the headrail and is a toggle pull cord, this is used to tilt the angle of the slats depending on how much privacy and light preferred. Another pull cord is placed on the right-hand side which allows you to raise/lower the blind.
