General Information

Producing this kind of PVC tile we need several sets of machines:
1.Base layer production line:
Including: Banbury Mixer, Mill, calendar, cooling system, cutting machine, etc.

2.Thermo-press sites:
Thermo-press machines will turn the multiple sheets to be one. 

3.UV coating line:
For multiple aims, however, we need to add one coating layer on the top of the floor tile.
This line has two patterns changing according to the thickness of the floor tile and also, the crucial factor, the requirement of the customer.

4.Water treatment/ Annealing line:
This is the device for enhancing the time-treatment. Including hot water immersing, cold water cooling and finally, drying process.

5.Cutting press sites:
This machine, turning a whole piece of tile into several pieces of products, is no doubting crucial to the production. This machine, ordered without cutting knife sets and cutting board, is deadly necessary and need sophisticated operators.

6.Lab testing machines:
Among all the machines above, this sort of the machine is compulsory either during pre-producing or process researching period. With a full function lab testing machine can we sparing great time and efforts.
