The visual fiber laser marking machine is an advanced environmentally friendly marking machine. It can automatically carve metal materials, such as general metal materials and aluminum alloys (iron,copper, aluminum,magnesium,zinc, etc.), non-ferrous metals and aluminum alloys (gold,silver, titaium).
The process is particularly suitable for small products, as it eliminates the need for positioning trays and fixing fixtures, greatly saving the laser marking cycle and improve the production efficiency. Firstly, a template is formulated for the product and saved as a standard template. During processing, the product is photographed and compared and positioned by a computer. After adjustment, the product can be accurately processed. The shape of the processed product can be recognized as circular, square, or irregular.
