Equipment introduction
Aluminum film sealing inspector adopts intelligent visual technology, through high-speed cameras of two detection units HD video on bottle vertical and horizontal direction. The center controller analysis and process images. First, it will take pictures above the bottle, to judge whether it is qualified through aluminum film planeness and integrality. Second, it will take pictures side of the bottle, to judge whether it is leakage through the features of side pictures. So this equipment can ensure the quality of products through the above two detections.
Equipment principle
When the sample bottle enters the detection area of the bottle mouth, the sensor triggers a signal to the camera in the vertical direction, where the light source is lit up. At the same time, the camera takes an image of the aluminum film on the bottle mouth and transmits the image to the industrial computer, which performs real-time processing on the image to judge whether the aluminum film on the bottle mouth of the sample bottle is flat or complete.
After the sample bottle bottle type into the detection area, the sensor to the horizontal direction camera trigger signal, high speed camera sampling bottle shape image, and transfer to the industrial PC for processing, in the last two check station comprehensive decision results, if the defective goods, is when tested sample bottles into strip area, picking device to eliminate defective items to the defective goods collection. If it is genuine, it will proceed to the next production process.
