ZPP-40A straight-bottle tablet filling machine is suitable for filling a single row of big and thin tablets into the straight bottle orderly. This machine all adopts PLC for central control, optical and photoelectric detection, which can run automatically with stable performance and reliable operations. When such situations as no tablet, lacking bottle or cap occurring, this machine can alarm and stop automatically. The machine parts contacting with tablet adopt high-quality 304 or 316 stainless steel, completely meeting the GMP requirements. It's the perfect equipment used for the packages of effervescent tablets or the similar packages in pharmaceutical, health product and food factories.
2. Compositions and Functions
2. Tablet filling part: when detecting the bottle, the tablet-feeding cylinder will push the tablets into it.
3. Bottle feeding part: put the bottles into the storage hopper manually in one direction, and then arrange them in sequence to enter the tablet-filling place automatically.
4. Capping part: when detecting the bottle filled with tablets, this part will press the cap on the bottleneck. If no or lack of table, this machine will not cap on the bottle and reject the bottle without capping automatically.
5. Electric control part: the whole running process of this machine is controlled by PLC and implemented in order automatically. When lack of some material for packing, it will alarm automatically and delay to stop.
