Vmc850 Four Axis Vertical Machining Center

The VMC- 1160 IS a high performance vertical machining center, it has the characteristics of high speed, high performance, high rigidity and high stability. All castings of this machine are secondary tempered to provide excellent rigidity and stability to the machine, which can make this machine maintain high speed and high stability in the process of processing. The three-axis adopts high-precision ball screw, combined with precision nut pre-compression and tail end pre-tension device, to ensure that the machine backlash and thermal deformation are kept at a low value for a long time. 

This machine can be used in automotive, manufacturing, sewing machine, motor and instrument industries for milling, drilling, counterboring, boring, tapping and countersinking valve-type, cam, molds and plate/disk type workpieces. It is especially suitable for all sorts of complex 2D/3D convex/concave molds and complex ID/OD surfaces. They can be used for medium/small batch multi-work production or be linked into an auto line for large batch production.
